@zshah Uhm, yeah I think I got your point. I think what @transisto understood, is that he/she could benefit greatly from pushing promising STEEM projects and thereby (in the longterm) increase the value of STEEM which could lead to way higher earnings than just voting for yourself. So yes, there are benefits for yourself if you vote for others :)

@geniusloci , so what you are saying is that I can push my Steem in the future towards projects like to this so the long term value of Steem will go up to monetarily benefit me more than the blogging and voting? Apologize if this is a basic question but I am trying wrap my head around what @transisto is doing. I like researching all strategies before I come to a conclusion on my own.

Hey there @mikesspace, there are no bad questions :) an account like transisto has a lot of voting power which can be spent on many things. Upvoting yourself is a thing, upvoting other big accounts so they upvote your stuff is a big thing as well. If he/she pushes stuff like Utopian.io which has great potential to promote the STEEM blockchain and is a great project, it is basically investing in the development of Steem. Thereby the value of Steem on the exchanges can increase which would result in way higher earnings for transisto than simply pushing Him/Herself. So in general, try to promote Steemit, this will most likely give you great rewards and everybody is profiting from it :)

He is leasing 30k SP from @minnowbooster then using that to VOTE Up his own 7 Day old comments on random posts at the last minute. Scroll his comments to around the 6 day mark or just go to https://steemd.com/@ryacha21; he has a lot of self love on his own old comments.

HE IS DOING IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER.. He is farming the pool.. If you could help it would be appreciated..

Post Author, @utopian-io I do apologize.. This dude makes no actual articles of his own so the only way to draw attention to what he is doing is to comment his comments. My sincerest apologies for cluttering up your blog, outing the abusive self voting behavior of @ryacha21

Great post published by utopian. I want to suggest you to please provide a tutorial for entrepreneurs who are not technical to host their project as well as getting contribution from the community with the help of utopian.

I have few ideas that I want to start, but finding it difficult as I am not that much technical person.
What I learned from this post is I have to submit task request first for contributions. Is it so ??

I have started an account on github where I will start many open source projects. I am searching for logo for my open source organization. So can I get contributions fro community for this ??? Will utopian approve it ??

After that I will start my first open source project. I am totally non technical, so is it possible that open source community will build my whole application from graphics to designing of website in html CSS ( front-end), developing back end etc.

    Please solve my queries...

Overall you are doing a tremendous job that nobody is doing so keep up the good work!

Lookout, Steemit is going to have some competition. These guys give out free coins for signing up with them. Not a cheap amount either. You check them out yourself.

Thank you utopian for this long and understandable breakdown. With well detailed info like this, everyone who belongs or wants to join utopian would definitely find where they fit in and rules that govern those categories. I want to ask a question, I and my team started a steem charity, does that count as a contribution if it does, in what category do we place our contribution? Thank you once again, I belong to utopian already

I am worried it won't fit any of the current categories @sparklez
